Customer Care: Billing and Shipping department

VSAT Systems has a complete Customer Care Department which takes care of Billing, Logistics and Shipping . We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to answer all your billing and shipping questions.

Our shipping department takes care of the shipping logistics for bulk orders as well as sourcing the best deal for wholesale equipment. As a VSAT Systems VAR, VNO or Dealer, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will be your point of contact for all billing and shipping inquiries.
