Our national installation network covers every zip code in the continental United States. Our installers have performed thousands of quality VSAT technology installations.
A VSAT Systems Standard Professional Installation includes:
• Standard non-penetrating flat-roof mounting hardware
• Dual 100' run of RG6 coaxial cable.
• Ground wire and grounding block.
• A maximum of one interior wall penetration, connectors and faceplate.
• Driving distance for installer not to exceed 50 miles, one way.
• The installer will verify the satellite link is active.
Standard Commercial Installation does not include complex/custom installations that may result in additional fees. Please be sure you discuss any custom work with your installation coordinator before they begin the job.
Custom work may include but is not limited to, cable runs longer than 100 feet, multiple interior wall penetrations, pole or chimney mounts, difficulty in accessing the site, or excessive driving distances.

After you place your order, one of our installation coordinators will contact you to begin making arrangements. The installation coordinator will be your dedicated point of contact until your equipment is installed, commissioned and tested.
On the assigned day, the installer will arrive within a pre-defined time window. A Standard Professional Installation takes 4-6 hours. When the installer has physically finished his work he will test the system and verify connectivity. (Additional configuration support is available if needed.)
