Step one:
Complete the site survey/free needs analysis form
This will save you time on the phone -- and will help the VSAT Systems sales engineers get to all the details on business needs, installation requirements and the like.
Step two:
You will be contacted by a satellite Internet sales engineer.
Generally, within one business day a VSAT Systems sales engineer will be contacting you to discuss your needs, applications and expectations.
Step three:
The paperwork.
Your satellite Internet sales engineer will send you our COF. Take a few minutes to complete it and fax it back to us.
Step four:
Scheduling the installation
Within 48 hours, an installation coordinator (IC) will be contacting you to schedule your equipment installation time.
Step five:
Generally, VSAT Systems satellite Internet installations take four to six hours. Factors that can lead to longer installation times include pole mounting, trenching, and extended cable runs.
Installations are usually complete in 14 days.
