Choosing the right relationship is critical to the success of any business venture. As a customer of VSAT systems, you have the choice of becoming a VAR, VNO or a Dealer depending on your needs and competencies.
Our VAR program offers you more control and greater rewards, without requiring a degree in Rocket Science.
The VAR goes to market under their own company name, while VSAT Systems works behind the scenes to keep the network humming smoothly. The VAR is responsible for their own sales, installation, billing, branding and Tier I technical support. But you won’t have to do it alone because VSAT Systems can provide training in all of these areas. VARs have 30+ predefined service plans to offer to their customers. Become a VAR.
When your business model requires full control (but you are not ready to build your own teleport) the VSAT Systems VNO Program is the way to go. With dedicated space segment, line cards, protocol processors and NMS servers, the sky’s the limit (literally). As a VNO you have complete control in designing and managing your network.
You decide how space segement is to be allocated, determine CIR, set pricing, etc. Of course, because VSAT Systems is still engineering and running the teleport, you can become a VNO much more rapidly and (cost effectively) than building your infrastructure from the ground up. And we’ll be here to help you every step of the way. Become a VNO.
If your company is a sales organization only (or a sales and installation company) without a 24/7 technical support team, a Dealer Relationship is right for you.
Dealers work directly with one of our VAR or VNO partners. The VAR or VNO will provide technical, billing and administrative support to your customers, freeing you to focus on sales (and installation, if you like). Become a Dealer.
Depending on your needs and technical competencies, you can choose the right satellite provider partnership with us. The matrix in the figure below shows the details about the functional areas to be managed by you for each of the categories. The cells highlighted in blue are the most important functional areas which lead to the categorization as a VAR/VNO/Dealer.
