VAR Contract

To become a VAR, you’ll need to send us your contact information for us to gather some basic information about your business and area of service. Once this has been submitted and approved, you’ll receive a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) which must be executed by you and returned to us by email or fax. After we have received your executed NDA, we will begin discussions with you about our VAR program.

We would like to hear from you about your technical competencies and business needs to design a VAR contract around your business. The VAR contract would be for one year which can be renewed upon the completion of the Initial Term (one year). The contract revisions after the Initial term would entitle you for higher wholesale discounts on service plans as well as equipment.
